Due to the various compatible cartridges, chip styles, and frames, many customers encounter trouble installing chips and other issues. Therefore, we sell these chips exclusively to local customers. We can install and test the chips with our printer. The reset chips do work with “original” printers (original chips are unable to be removed).
HP memory error messages vary greatly, and there may be issues such as bent plastic in the chip area from cheap compatible toner cartridges, defective toner cartridges, defective chips, HP software system jams, and issues arising from downloading and installing new drivers from HP and more……”
