Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition for a standard return.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened or used toner cartridges, toner chips, reset chips, drums, and other consumable items are non-returnable unless defective.
Special MICR products and certain specialty items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Any non-returnable item will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. We will provide return instructions and an appropriate replacement or refund.
